WBS- Top Deck: IXL PE foam layer with WBS (water barrier skin). Minimizes scratches, abrasions and indentations. Helps prevent water absorption. Added UV inhibitor protects foam surface. Provides good surface traction.
Hybrid Composite Core: Unique beaded PS core provides excellent stiffness and impact resistance.
Bottom Slick: IXL PE foam layer with HDPE slick coating. Provides maximum stiffness for all water conditions.
Personal note: After surfing for over 30 years in over 10 USA states and several countries along with having children who surf, I can personally note this board is perfect for the beginner or for goofing off on small waves that normally would not float you on a smaller board. Rentals for surfing can be incredibly expensive. Wait until you arrive at the beach and the local surf shop may charge in excess of $400- if they even have in stock. The foam padded top will help protect your body from the harm of the standard fiberglass board. Other boards tend to become water logged easily. Once this occurs, you might as well toss the board. This patented design by the manufacturer has 3 layers to help prevent leaks and protect you. It also weighs about 10 pounds or far less than any other foam board I have ever held. This is a great board for even the experienced surfer to have as a backup for those small days or to loan to family or friends who you would never trust with your "good" board(s). It is similar to the popular "fun shape." Fun shapes / funboards are known for being like the name- "fun." A fun board for nearly any type of surf. Our family personally owns 2 of these exact boards.

Price $485. I have a brand new 7.6 Sollife that had made a little too thick for me so I decided to not surf it and sell it as "new". Dems: 7.6 x 22" x 3". This would a great board for somebody that is on the tall/heavy side or if you are a beginner. It will float most anybody really well given the volume of foam. Also, free trac pad included (already attached). Fins not included.

7'10" / 21 / 2.75 This wave catching machine comes with Malibu travel bag. The few dings that it has had are all professionally repaired. Absolutely water tight. Absolutely ready for surf. The travel bag is a little tight so the fins come off to get it zipped up all the way. I hear them swells a knocking!

For sale today is a 9'8 Mason Surf Designs Rewind model surfboard that is in perfect condition. This board is a pig shape with a reverse D fin (purpleheart and white oak checkering). Great board for any wave. Most people are pretty intimidated by D fins, though they are far softer and more forgiving than they appear. $600 OBO and she's yours
