By using or accessing Jibebuy, you agree to the Jibebuy Terms of Service, found here and as updated from time to time in accordance with Amendments below.
Privacy
Profile Information
Jibebuy requires some personal information, such as an email address or Facebook login name, for site registration. Jibebuy also may collect additional information, such as your home address, to enable Jibebuy features such as distance calculations.
Content Information
As you create lists and add choices, Jibebuy stores this information for later retrieval. When you upload photos, we may also receive meta data such as the time and place the photo was taken.

Generally, we use the information we receive about you to provide you Jibebuy services. For example, when you post a comment or jibe with a choice, we show your name to your friends. Additionally, we use your information to measure or understand the effectiveness of our services and ads.

License to Use

Posted Content
Jibebuy allows you to post content, including photos, votes or jibes, comments, descriptions and other materials. You grant Jibebuy and its users a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, perform and distribute your Jibebuy content for the purposes of providing Jibebuy services. Jibebuy reserves the right to remove or modify content we believe violates the Jibebuy Terms of Service.
Following deactivation or deletion of your account, or removal of content, we may retain your content for a reasonable period of time for backup, archival or audit purposes.
Comments, Ideas, Suggestions and Feedback
We love to hear your comments, suggestions and feedback about Jibebuy. When you submit comments, ideas, suggestions or feedback, you agree that we are free to use them without any restriction or compensation to you.
Copyrights
Jibebuy prohibits copyright infringement and applies the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998. If you are a copyright owner, please report copyright infringements taking place on the service by sending a DCMA Notice of Alleged Infringement to support@jibebuy.com. Jibebuy will take whatever action it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the service.
If your Jibebuy account receives too many copyright complaints, we may elect to delete your account.
Termination
Jibebuy may terminate or suspend this license and access to its products and services at any time without notice. Upon termination, you agree to remain bound to all terms of the Jibebuy Terms of Service except the section titled License to Use.
Disclaimers
All Jibebuy products and services are provide on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. Jibebuy specifically disclaims all warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Jibebuy takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted or transmitted by Jibebuy users using our products and services. You understand that you may be exposed to user posted content that maybe be inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children or otherwise unacceptable or unsuited to your purpose.
Amendments
Jibebuy reserves the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to you of changes to the Jibebuy Terms of Service. You agree to receive legal notices electronically if we so choose. We may revise the Jibebuy Terms of Service from time to time and the most current version will be posted on our website. If a change, in our discretion, is material, we will notify you. By continuing to access the products and services after a change becomes effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, do not use the products and services.
Assignment and Severability
The rights and licenses granted by the Jibebuy Terms of Service may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be transferred or assigned by Jibebuy without restriction.
The Jibebuy Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Jibebuy. If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, then that provision will be limited to the minimum extent possible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
